Azure is a tinker who, during the time of Ultima IV, resides in Minoc.
He is a carver of runes. Gimble tells the Stranger to ask him of the runes and, upon finding him in Wayfarer's Inn and doing so, Azure will tell the Stranger to ask his sister Mischief.
