Chantu

Chantu is the town healer of Trinsic in Ultima VII. He is a quiet and thoughtful man, careful with his judgement.

Like all people in Trinsic he was shocked by the murder of Christopher. While he was unable to help himself, he pointed to Gilberto, the knocked out night guard, who he had just treated. Mentioning the Fellowship to him, he revealed that the healers of Britannia are opposed to the Fellowship's teachings, since they essentially had declared the healers obsolete. He personally thought of the Fellowship as foolish to think so, but didn't feel enmity towards them, only annoyance.

Chantu helped the Avatar and the party by offering his services as a healer, of course for the usual prices.
