Charlotte Weaver is a weaver in New Magincia in Ultima VI.
Humble Charlotte was a talented weaver who was capable of creating the finest cloths. She was the only person in Britannia with the skills necessary to weave spider silk thread into cloth. Charlotte's claims of being the most humble person in New Magincia seemed to be for show, as it seems difficult to think you are the most humble person, and also be humble at the same time.
The Avatar was sent to Charlotte by the spinner Arbeth to weave silk thread into cloth. Charlotte then sent the Avatar to Marissa to have the cloth sewn into a bag, so that the Avatar could create a hot air balloon.
