Circe is a wise mage that lived in Cove during Ultima IV.

The Stranger met Circe along with Shaman, Charm, and Spellbind, in a clearing in a wood in Cove. Circe said that he taught about the axiom. He said that the whole of the axiom is greater than all its three parts: the measure of unending Love, the limitless Courage needed to face all obstacles, and the Truth which encompasses all things.
