Allen is a small boy that lived in Cove during Ultima IV.
When he talked to the Stranger, Allen gave the hero information about the Abyss. He said that it could only be reached with a ship that had a magically strengthened hull. He also pointed the Stranger to Blissful for more information on the Abyss.
