In Ultima V, Ava is one of the two sisters who care for the Temple of the Virtues in Cove.
When the Avatar asked a bartender about FALSEHOOD, he directed the Avatar to the Queen of the Magi in the Lycaeum. She, in turn, instructed the Avatar to ask the sisters in Cove about the Shard of Falsehood, a powerful artifact of evil. When Ava was asked about the Shard, she directed the Avatar to her sister, Leona, telling him to ask about Leona's vision.
