Carlyn is the tailor of Moonglow in Ultima VII.
She spoke about how she liked Moonglow, since you could meet so many different people in it. She regretted that she had so much to do, that she couldn't meet many people, thus she couldn't give the Avatar any information. She only knew that Rankin, the branch leader of the Fellowship was rather new in town and that his assistant Balayna was rather young. She also ran the tavern for Phearcy while he would attend the Fellowship meetings in the evening.
Talking about her primary job as tailor, she asked the if the Avatar wanted to buy something. Declining would offend Carlyn and she would sulk for some time.
