Charlotte is the wife of David of Greyhaven in Ultima V.
The Avatar spoke with her and learned that she had made the ethics of Blackthorn the center of her life, being totally in favor of them. She especially liked the first one, in which the cutting off of tongues for lying was ordered. The Avatar disagreed with her, which caused her to throw a hissy fit and leave.
As told by her son Anthony, she was forcing her beliefs on him as well.
