Derydlus is a mage in Moonglow in Ultima VI.
The Avatar found Derydlus a fun loving man who frequently visitor the 'Blue Bottle Tavern'. Mandrake had once told the Avatar that Derydlus could drink him under the table, and Derydlus certainly lived up to his reputation. He especially enjoyed drinking with his good buddy Manrel the alchemist. Derydlus highly recommended that the Avatar get his fortune told by Penumbra, firmly believing that she had a gift for telling the future.
