Hendle is the butcher in Paws in Ultima VI.
The Avatar was greeted by a thick pungent smell when coming face to face with Hendle the Slaughterer. Hendle was well liked by the people of Paws, and Grison described him as one of the nicest guys he knows. Dorin and Merideth were displeased with the smell of his profession though.
Hendle was willing to sell the Avatar ham, bacon, meat, brisket, steak, and porkchops.
