Jacqueline is the wife of Gregory, the heavily scarred keeper of the lighthouse of Waveguide.
When the Avatar tried to talk with her in Ultima V, it became clear that she was suffering heavy dementia, as she couldn't remember the most mundane things and actually said that she liked the taste of mud.
