Jude is a ragged soul who, during the time of Ultima IV, resided in the Poor House in Minoc.

When the Stranger speaks with him he says he wishes to redeem himself but will not speak of his sin. However, the trail of the Skull of Mondain leads from The Cap'n in Buccaneer's Den to Jude. When asked, he says he used it, and tasks the Stranger with finding the skull at P'F" M'F" and casting it into the mouth of the Abyss to destroy it.
