Kelly is a farmer in Britain in Ultima VII.
Kelly was the strong, middle-aged wife of Fred, who assisted her husband running the Farmer's Market. Kelly was a kind hearted woman who told the Avatar that Fred sold Mack and Brownie's produce, as well as more exotic imported fruits. She noted how the poor people of Paws came to her market, and were always looking for the cheapest produce, while the people of Britain were very picky, examining every bit of produce before they bought.
Kelly told the Avatar that she thought Brownie was a good man and should run for mayor again, and that Mack had become a little ragged from his late nights staring at the skies.
