Kipotli is a soldier of the Nahuatla Tribe and an insane criminal.
The Avatar found him sitting in a prison cell in Tichticotl in Savage Empire. Talking to him revealed a disturbing madness. A madness, in which he'd murdered his own officers. This was disturbing to the Avatar and Kipotli otherwise had nothing of worth to contribute.
