Leon is the bowyer of Britain in Ultima IX.
Leon was little interested in small-talk, and only wanted to discuss business. Besides selling his bows and ammunition, he also offered to train the Avatar in the first bow-technique, the three-arrow shot, for 300 gold pieces.
