Sandy is one of the Ten Pirates of Hawkins, he has no map piece, but knows of all pirates who have pieces of the Treasure Map of Hawkins, which is needed in Ultima VI.
Sandy travelled together with Alastor Gordon to Trinsic, and became the cook in the local tavern. It was there, where the Avatar found him. Sandy was willing to share his knowledge, but the Avatar had to bring him first some Dragon Eggs from dungeon Destard, which he needed for a special meal. Sandy then revealed the information needed, only being at first reluctant to also reveal Whitesaber's secret.
