Stivius is a wine merchant in Skara Brae in Ultima VI.
The Avatar found Stivius to be a strange little man who was married to Dezana the healer. Gideon joking suggested may have been sampling too much of his own wares. Stivius claimed he saw a number of Gargoyles kill Quenton, but on interrogation his story made little sense.
Stivius claimed he saw a dozen forms surrounding Quenton's corpse, but admitted it made have been two or three. He further claimed he saw big snarling beasts, but they were kneeling, so they looked smaller. Stivius's confusing and fanciful description of Quenton's murder did little to help the Avatar uncover the true nature of the crime.

- Since Mordra and Quenton prove in Ultima VII that it was Michael who had murdered Quenton, Stivius' story is proven to be totally false.
