A off-shoot of normal Sea Serpents, Frost Serpents actually dwell in the cold waters of the north. Instead of fire, they have a freezing breath to attack their victims. Other than that however, they share all other traits with normal Sea Serpents.
Frost Serpents are found in the cold waters of the northern ice regions.
