Fyodor is a weaver in Britain in Ultima VI.
Fyodor revealed himself to the Avatar as an effeminate weaver who sold cloth. His loom was created from a design found in one of Lord British's old books. Fyodor seemed to have a keen interest in books, and he informed the Avatar that Lord British was offering a reward for a copy of The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.
When later asked by the Avatar if he could weave a silk bag for the hot air balloon, he admitted his skills were inadequate, but that Charlotte of New Magincia could fulfill the task.
