Gallrot is the cook of Blackthorn's palace in Ultima V, a fat and unfriendly man.
It became clear when talking with him, that Gallrot was a complete monster, as he had nothing against killing children and cooking their remains for food for the inhabitants of the castle. Gallrot himself however would never try to eat the stuff himself, and even trying to eat it would make the Avatar sick, causing poison effects.
