Gaye is the clothier of Britain.
When first talking to her in Ultima VII, she spoke proudly of her shop and that had the finest fabrics in store. However, her true passion was the Fellowship, of which she was a member. She spoke of how the Fellowship had the power to change Britannian society, and that their rituals were very moving.
Later, after talking to Willy, the Avatar asked Gaye about him and was told some inner voice (the Cube Generator) was telling her to not get together with him. However, she did find him attractive, and hadn't made up her mind yet. After being sent by Raymundo to get an Avatar costume, Gaye was annoyed, revealing that she'd sold dozens of them already.
