Issik was the creator of the maze at Serpent's Fang. To his misfortune, however, he got lost in his own maze, and died from starvation. The Avatar found his body when mastering the maze in the quest of the Silver Seed, in Ultima VII Part Two, finding the Helm of Light on his corpse.
