Jump is a runic spell that appears in Ultima Underworld I and II.


The Jump spell enables its caster to make great leaps over large distances, enabling a canny mage to reach otherwise difficult to reach ledges and surpass obstacles. The Avatar could first learn of this spell a scrawled note in left in the uppermost levels of the Stygian Abyss, although it would later make its way into common lexicons of runic magic

Trivia Edit

  • Mechanically, the spell temporarily increases the Acrobat skill, which determines jumping height.
