Like the Fireworks spell, this spell is mainly there for being an economic way for mages to get rid of weak enemies that would only annoy them. Casting it makes the skies rumble as if a horrible storm is about to begin. Often this is enough to scare away the weaker foes, while the stronger ones aren't impressed at all.
