Tika is the bartender at The Wayfarer Tavern in Britain in Ultima V.
As for all shopkeepers in the game, she had little dialogue. However, should the Avatar buy some food and then chat with her afterwards, she was willing sell information about the Resistance for 200 gp.
Her character is more developed in the Lazarus version of the game, with the others remembering how she'd stolen money from the inn under the influence of one of the Shadowlords.

- It is cheaper to just talk to Terrance to get the same information, as he doesn't want money.
