There are five bats to face as you enter this room from the NW corner. The exit is on the East wall. Along the North wall, just as you exit, are three chests behind a Poison field.
Since there is always a chance that a chest will cause a character to become poisoned, I would recommend not dispelling the fields, but rather just send one hero in to grab the chests and run back out. There is a chance he will not be poisoned. If he is poisoned, no matter how many times he is, a single Cure spell will work, and costs less (in Reagent costs) than a Dispel does. Also, poison does no damage in the room.
